William R. Falcone, LLC – Mr. Falcone is a 4 – time award winner in The Summit Daily News’ “Best of Summit” Contest under the category Lawyer and Law Firm – In 2023 he was voted – “Best of Summit – First place” by the general public. His attorney rating was recently elevated to 10.0 “Superb” on AVVO where he is a Featured Personal Injury Attorney on their site and where he also received their “Client’s Choice” and “Top Contributor” Awards. He was also chosen to be a VIP Member of the Cambridge Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry.
Mr. Falcone graduated magna cum laude from the University of Buffalo, B.A Political Science (86), and was granted membership in the academic fraternity, Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University at Buffalo Law School (89) and is admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.
Mr. Falcone is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Continental Divide Bar Association. He has participated in the Criminal Law, Litigation and Real Estate Sections in the Colorado Bar Association. He has over 30 years of experience in many practice areas.
William R. Falcone has 3 children and is an involved community member—he served on the Board and was a long time President of the Dillon Business Association, coached baseball for many years with Summit Extreme, Inc. of which he is a founding member and former President, and he has also served for many years on the Board of Directors of Summit County Baseball/Softball.
